You will be given money back just for using the assigned Buyer Concierge LLC real estate agent in the amount of 15% of your agent’s commission at settlement. Let's use a $500,000 purchase (or sale) as an example. Assuming the commission is 3% to the agent, the total agent commission would be $15,000. From the total agent commission, you would receive 15% (or in this case, $2,250), just for using the agent that Buyer Concierge LLC prescreens and selects for you.
Yes. In order for you to receive concession at settlement, you would be obligated to use the selected agent.
